About the Founder & Owner
Meet Rachel, the founder and owner of The Road to Zero Aesthetics & Wellness.
A dedicated and experienced Healthcare Administrator, RN, Midwife, Botulinum/Dermal filler clinician, certified IV Therapist, holistic/Reiki Practitioner and a business owner.
Rachel has spent her career caring for individuals across the full spectrum of life, from welcoming new life as a midwife to supporting patients and families as an RN during end-of-life care in hospice and also building her aesthetic and wellness business as a healthcare administrator.
These experiences shaped her deep understanding of what it truly means to care for others.
Her personal journey of healing and balance inspired the creation of The Road to Zero, a space dedicated to helping individuals restore vitality, confidence, and inner alignment.
Through personalized wellness therapies and aesthetic treatments, Rachel's mission is to help every client feel their absolute best, mind, body, and spirit.

Our practice is guided by Karyn Hardy, FNP, Medical Director, who provides clinical oversight and guidance to help ensure safe, ethical, and evidence-based care.
We are also supported by Dr. Smitha Sadiq, Board-Certified Physician, who would serve as our consulting Physician to provide consultation and additional clinical support to help maintain the highest standards of patient care.
Together, our medical team is committed to delivering personalized aesthetic and wellness treatments with a focus on safety, professionalism, and exceptional patient outcomes.

We also offer a concierge model and it brings “The Road to Zero” experience directly to you, allowing you to receive personalized treatments in the comfort of your home, where you can enjoy the same care, privacy, and attention.
